that extend over 600 Feddans in the western desert of Egypt, where soil, air and water
are of the utmost cleanliness. These products are presented to consumers in the European markets since 1999.
BiO - Egypt Farms organic oranges and table grapes are in compliance to the European Union requirements # EEC 2092/91 and the instruction guide (Naturland , Demeter)
BiO - Egypt Farms also produce conventional table grapes , mango and some vegetables like sweet peppers using the most recent technologies and EurepGAP management systems.
BiO - Egypt Farms are inspected and certified by international certification bodies following the IFOAM recommendations
BiO - Egypt Farms cropping technique relies on ecological balance created by biodiversity and high soil organic matter. Pest and disease control are primarily insured through preventive agro - dynamic measures as green manuring, biodiversity and intercropping.
